If you are voting by mail / voting by absentee ballot…

Remember:
Your ballot must be RECEIVED by May 19th, not just postmarked by May 19th.

And with recent cuts, while the USPS is working as hard as they can, delivery is slower than it used to be!

Per https://voteidaho.gov/casting-your-ballot/#absentee-voting:

Return the completed ballot by mail, to an official elections drop box, or your county elections office by 8 p.m. on Election Day for your vote to be counted.

In Bonner County, you can deliver your ballot to:

County Administration Building
1500 US-2
Sandpoint, ID 83864

(SW corner of Division and Hwy 2)

In Boundary County:

Drop off your ballot at the Boundary County Clerk’s Office located at

The Boundary County Courthouse
6452 Kootenai St
Bonners Ferry, ID 83805

Questions?

If you have questions about voting (for instance, where to vote, how to register, etc.) visit VoteIdaho.gov and click on the dropdown VOTING menu.

  1. Great idea. We need to remind the community that their ballots MUST be received prior to 19 May.
