Rally for the people!
The NO KINGS rally is THIS SATURDAY, October 18, from 1 to 3 pm We will once again line First Ave in front of the Courthouse and the Community Center!
Before the rally, we will have materials available in Community Hall to make signs!

Food Drive!
With grocery prices through the roof, we are taking the opportunity to gather food for our neighbors who need a little help. Please bring groceries you can donate! See a list of suggested items here.

In conjunction with the rally, 1 Million Rising Sandpoint is sponsoring a community forum at the Sandpoint Community Hall, from noon to 4 pm. Visit tables from local non-profit groups and learn how you can help!
– This is a nonpartisan event: we are NOT campaigning for candidates or parties, instead we will formulate and send strong messages to our current and future elected officials.
– Our goals: 1) Design and take actions that make a difference and gain public attention; 2) Amplify the message through your circles of connections and across political affiliations.
– We will have materials available in Community Hall to make signs before the rally

- Idaho Moms
- Save Our Schools
- SAFE
- Truth Brigade
- Public Lands
- Idaho Abortion Rights
- The Pro-Voice Project

Would you like your group to have a table at the Forum? You can facilitate conversations about a topic of your interest, increase community awareness, and even find volunteers!

I wanted to do a warm shout out to all those who donated food items to the food bank as well as cash donations. We had 466 pounds delivered to the food bank this morning together with $102.23 in cash.
Your generosity meant so much to those hard-working people people at the Bonner County food bank. Thank you.
Also, that was one heck of a no King’s protest. Go Sandpoint. We had at least 1200 attend!!
