Idahoans United reached out to Sandpoint Indivisible to offer us one more chance to help Get Out the Vote by Tuesday.
From Idahoans United:
Prop 1 (the Reproductive Healthcare & Privacy Act) needs hundreds of volunteers LIKE YOU this SATURDAY through ELECTION DAY to participate in the GOTV effort!
This is the very last and MOST CRITICAL EVENT to get out the vote!
Idaho has 1,038,941 registered voters, and races have been won by less than 10 votes.
EVERY VOTE MATTERS, and you can help make a difference in voter turnout right here in Sandpoint!
No experience necessary! You will be given a straightforward script about voting plans, and you will be provided a street map and list of voters identified as friendly, Prop 1 Supporters in and around Sandpoint. All you need to do is:
- Ask eligible voters the time they plan to vote on Tuesday (or note that they already voted)
- Tell non-voters the address of their polling place and hours.
- If no one answers the door, just leave a printed Post-it note on their door.
- Check relevant boxes on your voter list.
- Go to the next residence on your list.
Spend a couple of fun hours with friends—or make new ones. You’ll be glad you did!
Register for GOTV shifts Saturday 10/31 through Tuesday 11/3 to receive a
confirmation with next steps:
When we vote, we win. So help remind everyone eligible TO VOTE!
